Curtis Sliwa is the Founder and CEO of The Guardian Angels, a 5000 member anti-crime group in 82 cities around the world.
In 1992 he was the victim of an attempted murder. John A. Gotti was charged with the crime and stood trial three times but was never convicted.
Sliwa is a conservative radio host at WABC where he co-hosted Curtis & Kuby in the Morning for 8 years. He is an extraordinary story teller and consistent with his brand and that is why I’m Obsessed with Curtis Sliwa.

In 1979 my dad a blue collar worker in NYC for many years brought to my attention what the GA was about. He used the subways daily to and from work.He stressed that the Guardian Angels made him feel safe when they were on the train.He couldn’t understand why the GA wasn’t being accepted by law enforcement .He noted that yr. to me when Curtis was on the news that “this kid is going to become somebody” When Curtis was shot my dad was dying from cancer and as he lay in the hospitol bed tears came to his eyes at the news. His words were” why did they have to do that to him?”
To sum up this nightmare of a tradgety my boyfriend and I both agree that jealousy from all involved was the reason. T
If there would ever be another testament to the Bible we surely believe that Curtis would be in it. I hope that he leaves transcripts and letters to be found. God Bless you your family and the Guardian Angels

No, Sliwa is not a storyteller, but an admitted degenerate liar and media shyster. He lies so much he can’t differentiate between the truth and his lies. He stole the name “The Guardian Angels” from two brothers. He never took on “Uzi toting psycopathic killing machines” in the subway. He is a coward, who taunted Gotti Sr. from the safety of his microphone, instead of going down to Mullberry St. and making is so-called “citizen’s arrest”. He was afraid of some fat linguini eaters. He could have gone with his members, but the group is scam. He has made millions off of his “volunteer” work,while he doesn’t give a nickel to his group. His chapters open and close faster than a ten dollar whorehouse raided by cops. He has spent his life denigrating the cops who don’t make millions off of their risking their lives and have lost their lives in the line of duty. All this media shyster has done is make up b.s.stories and the gullible and ignorant believe him. He lives in a million dollar condo, bought with money made off the illegal sale of a building given to him by Guiliani for use of a new “headquarters”. This coward won’t respond in person on therightperspective.org where the interviews by former GA has exposed his lies.

This is a great interview - you appear just as comfortable with Mr. Sliwa as you do with leaders in publishing, media, etc. - I really enjoyed it!
