Laura Geller has transcended her trade rising from make-up artist to make-up empress. Headquartered in New York, her storefront is a destination for celebrities and fans from across the country who regularly watch and buy Laura Geller on QVC. She is a self-made entrepreneur, a single mom and a force in her industry and that is why I’m Obsessed with Laura Geller.

I love Laura Geller’s makeup - and she’s so real. What an amazing role model. Laura seems to be the perfect modern woman - able to balance family and career. And her baked products are amazing. I’m so glad you interviewed Laura!

What a great interview! I discovered Laura Geller’s make-up on QVC several years ago. I love it! I enjoy watching her when she is on QVC, showing how to apply her products. Laura seems so genuine and down-to-earth. I loved hearing about her start in business and how she overcame some pretty discouraging times in the past to become the successful businesswoman she is today. Thanks!

Really enjoyed this interview. I have been using Laura Geller’s make-up for about 10 years and can’t be without her products. After seeing the make-up I had, my mother is now also hooked on Laura. I always try to catch her when she’s on QVC because she’s a joy to watch. You can tell that she is very thoughtful about developing all of the new items she adds to her line.
Laura Geller is an inspiration. She seems to be such a genuinely lovely person that it makes me feel good about buying her products. It was nice to hear all about her personal story. After all of her hard work and sacrifice, she deserves all the success in the world.
I live in the northern burbs, and keep meaning to visit her store. Maybe it’s time.

Loved your interview with Laura Geller. She is so open, honest and a real inspiration to a fellow free lance makeup artist. LOL I never tasted a beer either! Pass that wine please.

I just loved this interview. I have watched Laura many times on QVC and have her makeup but now I want to purchase more of her products. She is her own best advertising.

I loved this interview with Laura. I’ve watched her on the Q for a long time and she always strikes me as a neighbor you would have next door. Makes you want to invite her over and have a glass of wine and just gab away and laugh. (I’m not a beer girl either) LOL
She is an inspiration to all women and men that just might not be ready to step out on their own. It takes planning and guts to do what she did and look at her now. CAN WE SAY SUCCESS!!!
Is there any chance that Laura will read this message board??? I want her to know the differences she is making.
BTW, I love the face she makes when she is showing her lip products.. She is so funny!!!!

Samantha, great interview! Laura was refreshing and honest about her success and failures, lessons for us all. And to Gary-Thanks for the tip: next time I order a “white” wine and it’s icy cold, I will remember what you said, it might be “masking the essence of the wine.” Cheers to all of you!

I am a devout Geller girl. Many of my coworkers only know of QVC through me & always comment on how great I look on the days I wear my “baked” products. I especially love, love, love my spackle. I have now given Laura’s products as gifts to a few friends & coworkers (only really special friends get Geller products as gifts). Keep up the great work Laura. Great interview & loved the wine tips — no wonder I have different opinions on a white wine after it sits & I go back to it.

Very nice article. I’m learning more about selecting the right makeup from your website, then I’ve ever did from even my own stylist. Keep up the good work!

Love Laura Geller and love her makeup. I am impressed at the large variety of products she has in her line as well as the quality. I use so many of her products and am so glad QVC has continued to carry her line. I think the every day person appreciates her professionalism as well as her ability to relate to the average person. She is so good at showing how to properly apply her products.
I think she should have her own program on television. A program where she can sit and discuss cosmetics and help people find their “look.” She has so much talent and women are interested in that type of thing.
