Samantha Ettus Interviews Alex Michel, The First “Bachelor”

Alex Michel was the star of the first season of ABC’s hit show, The Bachelor, making him one of America’s first reality TV stars. In the show’s finale, Alex selected Amanda Marsh over Trista Rehn, who in turn found true love as the star of the first season of The Bachelorette.

    Finally a guest who doesn’t act like they own the world. I’m glad you’re getting semi-real people. I was really tired of the pretentiousness of everyone else (except Dylan Lauren).

    I love Alex and I have a ton of respect for him! I think he is great and give him a lot of credit for being the first Bachelor! Go Alex :)

    Great episode I love the layout of the show in the relaxed settings its awesome. Plus its always good to see Gary throw in a good wine in the mix :) Keep up the good work!!!

    Funny when he was talking about Princess Cruises he left out Ryan & Trista Sutter who are also part of the panel, more prominant than the others as their picture is on the website and they are godparents to a princess ship.

    Great interview!!! I will always remember Alex and this first season of the bachelor!! this is when it seemed more authentic.

    Awesome interview… love Alex more now than I did when I watched him on the Bachelor. Very cool guy, Carly’s a lucky girl.
